Eliopsomo – Greek Olive Bread

A rustic, hand-shaped sourdough loaf generously studded with organic Kalamata olives. This ancient Hellenic bread is traditionally served during festive gatherings and meze tables. Our version honors that tradition with slow-fermented, non-GMO organic flour, rosemarry and oregano  baked to a deep golden crust with a moist, savory crumb.
